The Xi Xi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in Lithonia will host an exhibit called, “Zeta

Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated: Journey to Centennial,” according to a press release.

Charted on March 16, 1989, the local chapter will present the an exhibit that will will feature artifacts that chronicle Zeta’s cultural influences on American society from its founding in 1920 to the present at Stonecrest Public Library, 3123 Klondike Rd., Lithonia. Visitors will be able to view Zeta’s history through paraphernalia, pictures, articles, plaques and other memorabilia. This historical exhibit will be on display from Jan. 6, to March 15.

Additionally, there will be a presentation called “Their Story is Our Story: A Dramatization of a Real Ameri-

can Story,” which is a reenactment of how Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was founded. That presentation will be held at the Stonecrest Library auditorium 3 to 5 p.m. on Jan. 11.
