Xpress downtown stops to change

Two dozen Xpress commuter bus routes will re-route their downtown Atlanta stops starting March 5. The city had long wanted the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority, which runs Xpress, to shift them because of their impact on downtown street traffic, and now construction of the streetcar is about to start, which will re-route some street traffic.
