Woodstock High's athletic director wins region award

Feb 1, 2011Woodstock High School’s Chuck Wilson has been named Region 5-A Athletic Director of the Year, an honor voted by high school principals throughout the region.
Wilson has been teaching since 1989, but began his career at Woodstock in 1996 as a varsity girls’ soccer coach. He was appointed as athletic director in 2006, and under his leadership the Wolverines have won three state championships.
Wilson will go onto compete against other region winners for the state-level athletic director award this spring.
