A woman working as a broker was tied up and robbed at a DeKalb County model home Thursday, police said.

The incident took place just before 5 p.m. in a new subdivision in the 3400 block of Wyndham Falls Drive.

A man wearing a painting mask entered the model home around 4 p.m., the woman's husband told Channel 2 Action News. The suspect said he would "make this as easy as possible" before tying the woman's hands and feet with duct tape, her husband said.

DeKalb police Sgt. S.J. Dean said the 31-year-old woman's credit cards, laptop computer and car, an Infiiniti FX35, were stolen.

The victim was not hurt.
