There's a big lottery winner in the smallest state in the union.
The winner of $336 million -- one of the largest Powerball jackpots ever -- bought the ticket in Rhode Island.
According to the lottery web site, Saturday's jackpot was $336,400,000, to be exact, making it the third largest for the multi-state game. The one-time cash payout would be about $210 million.
The winning numbers were: 1-10-37-52-57 and Powerball 11.
No other winning tickets were sold in the other 42 states that participate in the Powerball game.
Now here we go again. The Powerball jackpot for the Wednesday, Feb. 15 drawing is estimated at $40 million.
