West Manor Elementary opens in-school bank

Atlanta’s West Manor Elementary Friday held a grand opening for its in-school banking center. The Bank of West Manor is a partnership with Capitol City Bank to establish a financial literacy program. The purpose is to teach students financial skills they can carry into adulthood. Info: www.westmanorelementary.com
