Water main breaks in Canton; traffic impacted

A water main break early Tuesday morning has forced traffic to be rerouted off Ga. 140 at Riverstone Parkway in Canton, the state Department of Transportation has announced. The city of Canton is working to repair the pipe and expects that to take seven to eight hours, the DOT said in a press release. Motorists in the area are being urged to take Georgia 5 Business to the Ga. 5 Connector and then back to Ga. 140.
