Dalton police need help identifying the man they say used a cell phone to take pictures up a Walmart customer's skirt.

Police on Friday released surveillance photos of the man wanted in the incident, which happened Oct. 21 at the Shugart Road store.

A woman told police she was standing in an aisle when she felt something touch the back of her leg. When she turned around, the suspect "had his cell phone taking pictures up her skirt," police said in a news release.

The woman went for help, and the suspect fled.

Anyone who can identify the suspect should call Det. Greg Bates at 706-278-9085, ext. 137.
