Union City Planning Commission holds rezoning hearing
Union City will hear rezoning requestions Monday.
The Union City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing 7 p.m. Monday in the Union City Hall Council Chambers, 5047 Union St. about a rezoning application of BOC Acquisition One LLC. The applicant is requesting the rezoning of 97.6 acres located at 3600 and 3580 Flat Shoals Road. The property, currently zoned as office institutional and multi-family residential will be light industrial if the rezoning is granted.
The public hearing held by the mayor and council regarding the planning commission recommendations is scheduled for Feb.23.
