Two road closures through Aug. 2 in Kennesaw
Shillings Road and Pine Mountain Road in Kennesaw will be closed through Aug. 2 for $3.9 million in roadway improvements.
Pine Mountain Road is about 1 mile south of Cobb Parkway.
Improvements include sight-distance enhancements, widening travel lanes to standard widths, adding curb, gutter and sidewalk and adding turn lanes at major intersections on Pine Mountain Road from Stilesboro Road to just east of Shillings Road.
Baldwin Paving Co. is the contractor.
