Two adults and two children were injured Monday morning in a wreck in Paulding County.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 8 a.m. on Dallas Nebo Road at Sam Alexander Road, according to Paulding sheriff's Cpl. Brandon Gurley.

Gurley said one of the drivers was seriously injured, while the second driver refused treatment.

Two children, both 13 years old, were entrapped in the wreckage and also sustained injuries.

Gurley told Channel 2 Action News that one of the juveniles was airlifted to a hospital in Chattanooga, while the other was taken by ambulance to an Atlanta-area hospital.

The crash is being investigated by the Georgia State Patrol.
