The “For the Love of Leland” benefit concert to help three-year-old Leland Erickson is scheduled for Wednesday in Kennesaw.
The concert will help pay for $20,000 immune system treatments for Leland, of Marietta, who was diagnosed with leukemia at 8 months old. Kennesaw Mayor Mark Mathews has declared May 25 “Leland Erickson Day”
The benefit begins at 5:45 p.m. at Legacy Park Outdoor Bandstand, 4201 Legacy Park Circle in Kennesaw, and includes dinner, a live concert by Yacht Rock and silent auction. Tickets: $15-$20
