Q: What is the name of the song played whenever the U.S. women's gymnastics team is featured? It is so upbeat and catches your attention immediately.

—Sandy Smith, Marietta

A: The song is "Home" by "American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips. "Home" has soared in popularity since the start of the London Olympics because NBC chose it as the theme of the U.S. women's gymnastics team. "Home" was first released in May, but last week jumped from No. 98 to No. 1 on the iTunes singles chart and has been certified gold. "It's so insane. It's pretty amazing," Phillips told the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel last week. "I never thought any of this would ever happen. ... And people are already doing covers of it on YouTube, which is weird." Phillips is from Leesburg, Ga.

A: As Marilyn Monroe's earnings after death have continued to increase, who benefits from her estate?

—Margaret Curtis, Atlanta

Q: Authentic Brands Group and partner NECA bought Monroe's estate from Anna Strasberg in 2010. Strasberg was the wife of Lee Strasberg, Monroe's acting coach, who was the recipient of most of Monroe's $800,000 estate when she died on Aug. 5, 1962. Authentic Brands has focused on upgrading Monroe products and building an online brand. She generated $27 million in 2011, third behind Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley among dead celebrity earners, according to Forbes.
