U.S. District Judge Willam Duffy on Thursday delayed sentencing two Atlanta men convicted of of conspiracy to provide support to terrorists and attempting to aid terrorists until Dec. 2 because of legal motions filed by the men. Ehsanul Islam Sadequee, Syed Haris Ahmed, a former Georgia Tech student, were convicted in separate trials in August and June  Sadequee faces up to 60 years in prison and Ahmed faces up to 15 years.

Prosecutors  said the main threat was to Pakistan and northern Europe, but Sadequee's conversations also included possible attacks on U.S. oil refineries.
