DeKalb County police said Tuesday they'd charged two teens in the death of a father of four who was trying to buy a drone.

Cicero Smith, 18, and a 15-year-old whose identity wasn’t released have been arrested and charged with murder in the March 3 death, police said.

Samuel Norman, 51, was shot while trying to buy the drone using the LetGo buying and trading app. It happened on Indian Manor Drive in unincorporated Stone Mountain.

Smith lives on that street.

According to arrest warrants, Smith shot Norman in the chest and Norman then chased Smith and the other teen in his truck.

Norman died behind the wheel, the truck in the road.

In Smith’s home, police found parts for the drone and an Xbox they’d run in their ad, the warrant said.
