The annual community event celebrating the various cuisines in East Cobb will return in May.

Taste of East Cobb will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 4 in the parking lot of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church at 955 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta.

This event highlights local restaurant and talented chefs who will offer a lineup of savory samples from their menus. All restaurant-featured tastes will be offered at 1 to 5 tickets per serving.

You’ll also be able to peruse local vendors, and take part in a silent option with a chance to snag some items at great prices.

Local high school bands will provide music throughout the event, and a kids’ zone will feature inflatables and hands-on activities.

“Taste of East Cobb is our way of bringing people of all ages together to celebrate our vibrant community,” said Gregg Maynard, event chair.

You can pre-order Taste of East Cobb tickets on the event website or you can buy them for $1 each on the day of the event.
