Suwanee is seeking about a dozen volunteers with strong backs and green thumbs to help plant trees at White Street Park as the city celebrates Arbor Day March 23. Ten fruit trees, including apple, peach, and pear, will be planted at the park beginning at 9 a.m. Those interested should contact City Planner Daniel Robinson at drobinson@suwanee.com or 770-904-3381 by March 23. Volunteers will receive a red maple seedling.

Suwanee has been recognized as a Tree City USA for the past 21 years.
