Suwanee approves day spa for massage therapy

The Suwanee City Council approved a special use permit Tuesday for Cuvee Day Spa to allow for massage therapy in an office–institutional portion of a planned mixed-use development. The day spa is part of a 6.19-acre development at 4411 Suwanee Dam Road near the Three Bridges subdivision.

The Suwanee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for the permit with conditions including limiting use to massage, spray tanning and facials. Approval prohibits outdoor storage, retail displays and outdoor speakers.
