The U.S. Marshals Service says two fugitives wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Washington, D.C. may be in the Atlanta area.

Antonio Barnes and Earl Jackson are wanted in connection with a shooting last October in which two people were killed and three wounded in the Clay Terrace neighborhood in northwest Washington. Both are charged with second-degree murder while armed, according to a press release issued by the Marshals Service.

The men, who are considered armed and dangerous, are believed to be in the Atlanta or Charlotte area, the statement said.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the Marshals Service at 770-508-2507 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for the arrest of each man.
