State opens new driver licensing center in Kennesaw

The Georgia Department of Driver Services has opened a new location in Kennesaw but has closed the Canton Road location in Marietta.

However, the DDS center at 1605 County Services Parkway in Marietta remains open.

The new Kennesaw site is 3690 Old 41 Highway NW, a half mile north of North Cobb High School.

Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 7:30 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

Services are license issuance and renewal, knowledge testing, reinstatements and driving history information.
