The man suspected of stabbing a man to death outside a Cobb County restaurant was arrested in Delaware.
Orville Francisco Cotto Rivera, 32, of Marietta, was arrested Monday without incident following a traffic stop on I-95, Cobb County police said Tuesday night.
Rivera allegedly stabbed Nutrition Amatol, 28, early Sunday morning in the parking lot of the Los Bravos restaurant in the 1300 block of Powers Ferry Road, police said.
A 911 caller reported that a man with a knife was at the restaurant, and responding officers found Amatol, who had been stabbed multiple times, Sgt. Dana Pierce with Cobb County police said Sunday night. Amatol, of Marietta, died before he arrived at the hospital, police said.
Rivera will be extradited back to Cobb County, where he will be charged with murder, Pierce said.
