Snellville approves new medical office, future retail and daycare

The Snellville City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request Monday to allow for development and construction of a 9,600-square-foot medical office building and future construction of a 7,800-square-foot retail/office building and 12,000-square-foot daycare facility at 2045-2075 E. Main St.

The request by Dr. George Katsitadze of Peadiatric Partners of Gwinnett to develop 3.42 acres at the northeast intersection of Hickory Station Drive and U.S. Highway 78/Main Street was approved following a public hearing. There was no public comment.
