Construction work on sidewalks and pedestrian cross walks taking place now through Saturday will require the closure of Spring Drive at Winters Chapel Road in Peachtree Corners. Only traffic entering and exiting Spring Drive will be affected, and through traffic on Winters Chapel will remain unaffected.
This area is in the Norcross High School cluster, including Pinkneyville Middle School and Peachtree Elementary School. A bus route from the elementary school uses Spring Drive for egress, affecting their route. Detours will be posted at the intersection. The alternate route will be Womack Drive to Chappell Lane to Spring Drive.
