Fulton County has the largest city in the state but it also has paddocks. The county's cooperative extension has a "Equine Education Day" at Camp Fulton-Truitt 4-H Center from 10 am to 2 pm April 30. The event is to let Fulton youth know there are more careers in horses than being a jockey. There also will be a "mini rodeo," steeplechase and dressage demonstrations.
