Roswell has approved an intergovernmental agreement with Fulton County schools for use of the Elkins Pointe Middle School multi-purpose field and track.
The agreement allows the Recreation and Parks Department to use the facility after school hours for its lacrosse program for the next 15 years. In return, Roswell will pay $150,000 and the Youth Lacrosse Booster Club will pay $30,000 to the school district for field improvements and lights.
