The Roswell City Council has approved a $47,040 task order for Todd Architects Inc. for the third phase of improvements to the Old Mill Park Trail.

Old Mill Park, at 95 Mill View Ave., provides access to walking trails to the 1850s Old Mill Ruins, historic machine shop and overlook to the Hickory Vickery Creek Dam.

The third phase of the trail project entails the development of a trail and boardwalk from the machine shop to the mill ruins. Todd Architects developed a revised scope of work to complete the project including anticipated architecture, engineering and project administration, according to a staff report.
