A Henry County grand jury decided there was not enough evidence to warrant prosecution of rapper Waka Flocka Flame on drug charges, according to a media report.

Waka, whose real name is Juaquin James Malphurs, was arrested in January after police raided his house in Henry County and arrested two people on charges of possession of marijuana.

Malphurs wasn't there, but later turned himself in. He was wanted on charges of drug and weapons possession as well as criminal street gang activity and a probation violation.

The Henry County District Attorney's office could not be reached for comment about the grand jury's decision, which was reported Tuesday by website TMZ.

Malphurs is no stranger to law enforcement. He was arrested in Houston County last year for leaving Georgia to perform in a concert, which violated his probation from a 2006 incident. He had pleaded guilty to possession of a sawed-off shotgun and had received four years probation.
