Loganville is reminding residents to explore new tools available through ongoing website improvements. “See Click Fix” utilizes both online and mobile phone capabilities to report concerns.

Residents may go online to www.loganville-ga-gov and complete the Citizens Response and Request Form. From there residents can download the city’s app or file a report through the website.

When submitting issues via mobile app, residents can provide locational, description, and photos in real time. Once the resident submits an issue, the reporter, the city, as well as anyone else “watching” the area, will receive an alert. The city can then acknowledge the service request, route it to the proper department and update the request once it’s been resolved. Residents following the issue will also receive an update.
