A landlord is facing felony charges after a hidden camera was found in a waxing room at a Marietta spa, and investigators are seeking the public's help identifying the women in images seized by police.

On Saturday, Cobb County police arrested Mark Allen Storch and charged him with three counts of unlawful surveillance. The 54-year-old Marietta man was being held without bond Monday in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.

A customer spotted the camera last month while getting a wax at the Salon Avenue Suites, 2550 Sandy Plains Road. The salon performs Brazilian waxes and body wax procedures, according to Channel 2 Action News. Hidden cameras were also found in spa owned by Storch in Acworth, Channel 2 reports.

The suspect's Acworth business is at 3102 Loring Road, police said.

Storch is a registered sex offender. He previously pleaded guilty to charges concerning an attempted sexual assault on his then girlfriend. Storch has been in state prison three times. His most recent sentence in 2004 was for possession of cocaine conviction in Cobb County.

On Monday, police said they were seeking the public's help identifying digital media of females recovered through the search warrants. Investigators also asked anyone who used the women's restroom at the Acworth business in July to call 770-499-3945.
