A $2.2 million interior renovation of the Fayette Surgical Building in Fayetteville is now complete. The Florida-based real estate investment firm Grover Corlew broke ground on the 30,195-square-foot facility in late 2016. The building, at 1335 Ga. Hwy. 54 West, is leased by the Resurgens Fayette Surgery Center and the Resurgens Orthopaedics & Spine Center, which provide surgical and non-surgical treatments for patients suffering from injuries and musculoskeletal diseases. Grover Corlew called Fayetteville “a hot, burgeoning city” and expressed interest in investing elsewhere in metro Atlanta.
