Powder Springs approves same millage rate
The Powder Springs City Council voted 4-0-1 Monday to keep the millage rate of 8.5, which has been the same rate for at least the last five years.
Absent was Councilwoman Cheryl Sarvis.
Though the millage rate will remain the same, some residents will pay more to the city in property taxes if their property values increase.
