Those operations would be moved to a facility at 225 E. Crossville Road in Roswell. The Crossville Road facility only serves postal carriers at this time and would have to be renovated to accommodate retail operations.

The public can make written comments on the proposed move through Monday Comments can be mailed to Roswell Public Comment, U.S. Postal Service, 1735 N. Brown Road, Suite 200, Lawrenceville, Ga. 30043-8153. Comments can be e-mailed to southeast.fso.er1@usps.gov. Put the word “Roswell” in the subject field.

Drawings of the proposed new location can be viewed at the Alpharetta Highway office. The postal service says the zip code and most post office box numbers would stay the same.
