An Atlanta man is accused of swiping 15 boxes of hair regrowth treatment from a Walgreens pharmacy earlier this month, according to Cobb County police. But the suspect remained on the loose Tuesday afternoon.

Jose Antonio Cruz allegedly stole $699.99 worth of Rogaine on Dec. 4 by exiting the rear emergency door of a Roswell Road Walgreens, his arrest warrant states. He was charged with felony theft by shoplifting.

“Said accused did exit the store with the merchandise, passing all pay counters,” the warrant states.

Bond is expected to be set at $2,500 when Cruz is arrested. No information was released on a possible motive.
