Gwinnett residents are being warned that tag and title services will be interrupted from May 21-29 while a new state motor vehicle system is being installed.
Services will be interrupted May 21-29 for renewals online or at kiosks, May 23-25f or tag or title services at tag offices, and May 27 for Memorial Day.
More than 15,000 Gwinnett residents have birthdays from May 21 to May 29. Those owning vehicles can renew tags up to 60 days in advance, but the majority tend to wait until their birthday. Renewal notices for May birthdays have been mailed, and owners can renew them now.
