Peachtree City’s new Overlook shopping center reveals tenants

Discussion about stormwater plans for the new Overlook shopping center being built in Peachtree City has resulted in the names of the first retail tenants being revealed.

At a meeting of the City Council of Peachtree City Thursday, Trinity Development representative Jim Lowe displayed a map of the new center, which is under construction on Ga. Hwy. 54 West next to the Line Creek Nature Area.

Among the tenants he identified are T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Michaels and Ulta, with smaller adjacent stores still unnamed. The entire complex will add 98,000 square feet of new retail space to the city.
