Parent group hopes to grow support for schools

Parents in south DeKalb County who hope to encourage more parental involvement in schools will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The group wants to work with businesses and organizations and has already partnered with Berean Christian Church’s youth ministry.

The meeting is at Redan Middle School, 1775 Young Rd., Lithonia.
