North Gwinnett Arts Assc. accepting applications for art scholarship

The North Gwinnett Arts Association is accepting applications for the $1,500 Rosemary Benavides Williams Scholarship. Applicants must be college-bound high school students with plans to major in visual arts.

Applicants will be judged primarily on artistic talent and/or potential, and the degree of interest and enthusiasm for the arts. Some consideration will be given to grade point average, extracurricular activities and financial need.

The North Gwinnett Arts Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit art organization dedicated to promoting local art through exhibition, festivals and other arts education. Based in Suwanee, the NGAA maintains an open membership policy where artists of all types, as well as art lovers, are welcome to be a part of the organization.
