Fulton County is one of about 12 metro area counties whose student return to school Monday.

With the return to school, comes high temperatures and partly cloudy skies, said Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton.

Monday’s early temperature was in the mid-70s in most areas with light fog, Minton said. The high is expected to reach 92 Monday.

In addition to the school weather forecast, North Fulton drivers could also see a delay on the roadways. Pine Grove road in Roswell, which was expected to be reopened in time for school start, remains closed due to rain delays during construction.
