Motorists on I-285 should be alert this week to overnight lane closures caused by roadway and bridge construction for the I-285/Ga. 400 interchange project in North Fulton and DeKalb Counties.

All closures are scheduled for 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

On westbound I-285, two right lanes will be closed Monday-Wednesday (backup date, Wednesday-Thursday) from Peachtree Dunwoody Road to Glenridge Drive; and two left lanes in the same stretch, Wednesday-Saturday.

On eastbound I-285, two right lanes will be closed Wednesday-Thursday from Mount Vernon Highway to Ga. 400; two left lanes, Wednesday-Saturday from Glenridge to Peachtree Dunwoody; and two right lanes, Friday-Saturday from Roswell Road to Ga. 400.
