According to the inspection report: “If facility fails to upgrade hot water heater as required, health authority will issue an Order to Cease and Desist. An Order to Cease and Desist requires facility to close its operation of preparation and selling of food to the public. Health Authority must verify hot water heater compliance.”
The eatery was also cited for issues like the temperatures of salsas and staff leaving their personal items and food out.
