Two men have been indicted on murder charges in the death of 27-year-old Eric Fisher, who was found dead outside a Motel 6 in DeKalb County in November.

Kaylon Janard Jiles and acquaintance Traquan Alexander McCleod were indicted last week, according to the indictment.

Police have said Fisher was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the hotel off Chamblee-Tucker Road after getting into an argument with Jiles.

The indictment doesn’t make clear what the alleged argument was about, or whether it was one or both of the suspects who allegedly shot the victim. Both are charged with malice murder, which suggests they intended to kill Fisher.

They are also charged with aggravated assault and felony murder in the Nov. 5 shooting. In a separate indictment, the men are charged in a marijuana distribution case.
