Marietta Mayor Steve Tumlin recently reappointed two members to the Marietta Housing Authority.

Col. Kenneth Dollar will serve a five-year term, expiring June 14, 2022. Chervonta “Taye” Pugh will serve a one-year term, expiring June 14, 2018.

The authority provides quality, affordable housing assistance to eligible families in Marietta and surrounding Cobb County, according to a city statement. Also, the authority is committed to promoting family self-sufficiency through partnerships with cooperative agencies that provide training, education, apprenticeships and moral support, the statement added.
