Marietta man held in shooting

Cobb County Police have arrested a 45-year-old Marietta man following a fatal shooting overnight. WSB-TV reports Christopher Brian Stewart is being held on charges he shot and killed Jose Alvarez, 31, also of Marietta, following an altercation at Murph's Lounge on Joyner Avenue.
