Man shot downtown during apparent robbery

A man was shot in downtown Atlanta on Tuesday night, and police said robbery appears to be the motive.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. in 500 block of Marietta Street, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Police said the man was shot in the back.
