An Alpharetta man has been charged with taking lewd photos of a woman at a sandwich shop in Cumming, authorities said.
The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said Stephen M. Roegge, 55, was charged Monday with peeping Tom after an undercover narcotics agent saw him use his cellphone to take a photo under the skirt of a woman standing in line at the Firehouse Subs on Atlanta Highway.
The victim was unaware of what had happened, but the undercover agent asked Roegge to step outside, where he admitted taking the photo, according to the incident report.
Roegge was arrested and taken to the Forsyth County jail. He was released later Monday on $11,200 bond. A hearing is scheduled Aug. 1 in Forsyth County Superior Court.
