An East Point man released on bond in May after being arrested on murder charges is back in trouble with the law.

Devon Marquis Bell is wanted by Atlanta Police for allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a person, Channel 2 Action News is reporting.

Bell was accused of fatally shooting Curtis McBride, Jr., in the head after an argument on Oct. 26, 2009.

Investigators identified Bell as the shooter early in the investigation, police said.

But he wasn't arrested until April 19, 2012, on murder and battery charges, according to Fulton County jail records.

A Fulton County Superior Court Judge granted him a $53,000 bond, however, and Bell was released on May 5.
