Roy McKinney had his murder conviction thrown out because his trial's transcript was lost. On Monday, he delayed his do-over trial in because he refused to share evidence with prosecutors. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Michael Johnson ordered McKinney to give prosecutors a copy of a videotaped interview they originally had given him at his 2005 trial. But the videotape was lost with the transcript by court staff. Johnson delayed the trial Monday while McKinney appeals the order to the Georgia Supreme Court, a district attorney spokeswoman said.
