Little Mulberry Park trail earns national honor

June 11, 2012

On May 31 the federal government named the Karina Miller Preserve Loop Trail at Little Mulberry Park in Dacula a National Recreation Trail.

The 890-acre park includes 5 miles of hiking and equestrian trails and other facilities at one of the highest elevations in Gwinnett County. The National Recreation Trail designation recognizes trails that link communities to recreational opportunities on public lands and in local parks across the country.
