The Lilburn City Council voted recently to approve a change in zoning conditions to property at 145 Arcado Road to allow outside storage behind an existing commercial building.

The property is occupied by an appliance repair store with limited outdoor storage and has 175 feet of road frontage on Arcado Road and 194 feet of road frontage on Janet Court. The applicant intends to keep a single building measuring approximately 2,187 square feet, with access and fronts on Arcado Road.

The approval comes with conditions to protect the adjacent property owners, including a privacy fence and additional landscaping.
