The Lawrenceville City Council approved an agreement Monday to provide a study to evaluate the present salary structure as compared to the specific job market for comparable positions in the private and public sectors. It will also review and update as needed all current job descriptions and analyze same for knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience, relevance, and hierarchical consistency.

Condrey & Associates Inc. will perform the study at a cost of $47,500. This contract is funded by the city’s Legal and Professional Fund.
